  • We know how sensitive and personal OCD is to you. We take your data privacy extremely seriously. All personal data is 100% encrypted and we never “read” what you write. Ever. That’s for your eyes only.

  • unstuck is designed to help you resist or break free from a compulsion. Make an entry when you feel the need to do a compulsion and need support to not do it. unstuck will guide you through clinically designed therapy exercises to help you get “unstuck.”

  • While we cannot prevent you from using the app, we recommend only OCD sufferers with some familiarity with treatment (i.e ERP) and how OCD works use the app. In the future, we plan to expand to supporting those with limited treatment experience with more AI-guided educational modules.

  • Unfortunately, as an early app, we are not clinically proven and do not have funds to conduct a research trial (yet). However, unstuck was created by OCD sufferers and guided by a strong clinical board of leading OCD therapists & researchers.

  • You get one week to try unstuck for free! After your free trial expires, you get one entry per week or subscribe for $5/month for unlimited entries.
